1. General Provisions

This page defines the rights and obligations of consumers in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act of Montenegro.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Procedure for withdrawal:

  • The consumer must send a written notice of withdrawal (by e-mail or registered letter).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused, accompanied by the original receipt.

  • The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is due to an error made by the seller.

  • The seller is obliged to refund the full purchase amount within 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice is received but may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • when the product has been made to the consumer’s specifications (personalized items),

  • when the product has been unsealed, used, or damaged after delivery,

  • when the product’s nature does not allow return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Complaints and Product Replacement

KERBER GOLD DOO guarantees that all products offered on the website are new, authentic, and conform to the specifications listed on the site.

In the event that the consumer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they are entitled to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Complaint procedure:

  • A complaint can be submitted via e-mail, telephone, or in writing.

  • The consumer must include the original receipt and describe the reason for the complaint.

  • The seller must confirm receipt of the complaint and respond within 8 days.

  • The complaint must be resolved within 15 days from the date of submission.

  • If the complaint is accepted, the consumer will be offered a replacement product, repair, price reduction, or refund.

The cost of shipping a replacement product or returning the defective one will be borne by KERBER GOLD DOO if the complaint is justified.

4. Prices and Payment

All product prices listed on www.kerbergold.me/en are expressed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).
The price does not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made using one of the following methods:

  • cash on delivery,

  • bank transfer to the seller’s account,

  • or any other payment method specified during the checkout process.

5. Product Delivery

KERBER GOLD DOO undertakes to deliver all ordered products within the time frame specified during the purchase process.
Delivery times depend on product availability and delivery destination.
In case of any delay, the buyer will be promptly informed using the contact details provided in the order.

6. Liability for Non-Conformity

KERBER GOLD DOO is responsible for any non-conformity of the product with the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
If a product is found to be inconsistent with the description, specifications, or intended purpose, the consumer has the right to request a replacement, repair, price reduction, or contract termination with a full refund.
